- A master's degree in Economics or another economics discipline is required.
- Knowledge of economic and financial analysis, budgeting, management control, and sector-specific applications is required.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting, is required.

- Support planning, market analysis, economic frameworks, and feasibility studies.
- Provide specialist technical and economic-management support for public tenders and contracts, including preparation, verification, and analysis of economic frameworks, needs assessment, and the full procurement cycle, with attention to public-procurement regulations under Legislative Decree 36/2023 and subsequent amendments.
- Professional training and subsequent authorization to practice as a chartered accountant.
