  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or 3+ years’ experience in marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand or channel marketing, project management or merchandising.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong project management skills managing both traditional and digital-based marketing tools.
  • Ability to work with complex projects, collaborate with other departments, with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Lead channel program strategy and collaborate with sales to drive placement of new product displays, samples, and merchandising aids for Outdoors brands.
  • Responsible for managing the S&OP process to align marketing and manufacturing teams on capacity and prioritization.
  • Review and make forecast recommendations on an annual basis to manufacturing, finance, and merchandising teams.
  • Drive sample vendor relationships, lead portal site optimizations and processes for better customer experience.
  • Responsible for managing project budgets and marketing spend for assigned projects.
  • Prepare and present project updates to internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Provide channel marketing support to E-commerce teams.
  • Manage outside agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Support other marketing and sales initiatives as needed.
