Requirements
  • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or similar
  • 5+ years in BSA/AML/OFAC matters; experience interacting with regulators preferred
  • Owning relationships with multiple stakeholders, including legal, finance, and risk, to ensure consistent understanding and implementation of requirements and managing work independently or for a team
  • Alert testing, tuning, and quality control/assurance experience preferred
  • Comfortable working with independent auditors, yet capable of performing self-audits and risk assessments
  • AAP, APRP, or other related certifications are a nice bonus
Responsibilities
  • Develop internal processes for managing current compliance obligations and monitor updates in relevant regulations
  • Manage oversight of the transaction monitoring program to ensure BSA/AML/OFAC regulatory compliance obligations are met
  • Identify and consult on compliance risks in connection with our expansion plans and development of new products
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and influence product and strategic roadmap
