About the company

GOGOX operates an app-based logistics platform in Asia that connects people and businesses with a large network of independent drivers for on-demand and scheduled deliveries. It uses a two-sided marketplace where shippers post jobs and drivers accept bookings; revenue comes from transaction fees, plus driver services and enterprise analytics. Its asset-light model relies on motorcycles, vans, and trucks across 370+ cities with a driver network exceeding 7 million, and it has expanded beyond van-hailing with the Kuaigou Dache brand in China and a unicorn milestone from merging with 58 Suyun. The goal is to simplify and scale reliable last-mile and freight delivery for individuals and businesses by building a broad, connected logistics marketplace across Asia.

GOGOX sells loss-making mainland China arm for $0.14, shifts focus to Hong Kong and India

GOGOX (2246.HK) plans to sell its mainland China business to Crestpoint Investment Limited, owned by Hong Kong businessman Ng Tsz Fung, for CNY 1 (about $0.15). The deal covers its entire stake in GGEx Holdings Limited. The unit had a net loss of CNY 49.259M in the first half of 2026 and net liabilities of CNY 2.476M. GOGOX expects a book gain of about CNY 2.476M but no real cash proceeds. The company will change its Chinese name to "GOGO Tech" and drop the GOGOX brand in mainland China after closing. Mainland China makes up 15% of revenue; Hong Kong and overseas markets make up 85%. Future investment will focus on overseas markets, including India. Shareholders must approve the deal at an extraordinary general meeting.
