Requirements
  • 1+ year of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, or outside sales representative), ideally to small and medium businesses or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and generating high-quality leads.
  • Experience using AI tools to drive growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Leverage the existing outbound playbook that Account Executives have been using and take it to the next level by building out a BDR function.
  • Establish a strong BDR playbook by creating targeted lists, optimizing outreach scripts, A/B testing templates, and coordinating with AEs.
  • Work directly with the company CEO, Director of Sales, and BDR Lead to launch the BDR function.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment.
  • Utilize HubSpot to maintain strong contact and company lists.
  • Adapt to the dynamic environment of a fast-growing startup.

Perfect Venue provides a vertical SaaS platform for the hospitality industry to manage private events for independent venues and restaurant groups. It offers an all-in-one workflow from lead capture to final payment, including a centralized dashboard, automated BEOs and proposals, integrated payments, reminders, analytics, and a mobile-friendly interface, plus an Express Book feature for availability and deposits. The product is sold on location-based subscription plans (Basic, Professional, Premium) that scale with event volume, replacing manual processes like spreadsheets and email. Its goal is to help venues save time, close more events, and grow event-driven revenue through a simple, scalable tool built for hospitality.
