  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as film, photography, or studio management.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a creative studio environment, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
  • 5-7+ years relevant experience in studio management & production.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in studio equipment operation and familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
  • Knowledge of photography and videography techniques, lighting setups, and studio best practices.
  • Must be located in NYC and Surrounding Areas.
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the in-house studio, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
  • Ensure that the studio is properly set up and equipped for each shoot, coordinating with the Senior Studio Producer and production team as needed.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the studio space, ensuring it is maintained to the highest standards for photo and video shoots.
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues with studio equipment and liaise with appropriate vendors for repairs or replacements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Studio Producer to support the planning and execution of photo and video shoots, both in-house and on location when needed.
  • Coordinate schedules and logistics for studio staff, including photographers, videographers, stylists, and other crew members.
  • Manage studio budgets, tracking expenses related to equipment, props, and other production necessities.
  • Source and procure studio supplies, props, and equipment as needed, ensuring that all purchases align with project requirements and budget constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices within the studio environment, including proper handling of equipment and adherence to COVID-19 protocols.
  • Implement protocols for studio security and access control, safeguarding valuable equipment and assets.
