- Ability to identify and analyze recurring problems and serve as an expert in designing system infrastructure.
- Extensive technical knowledge in a highly specialized area of Identity and Access Management.
- Detailed understanding of technical issues to design architecture for new or emerging technologies.
- Experience creating and integrating Identity and Access Management solutions into new and existing application architectures.
- Experience implementing token-based authentication and claims-based authorization schemes.
- Experience implementing claims-based authorizations for web and mobile applications, including authorization based on attribute stores or group memberships.
- Extensive experience programming in ASP.NET MVC and C#.
- Proficiency with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server.
- Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management processes and industry best practices.
- Experience with Optimal IdM Federation & Identity Services.
- Deliver systems that leverage business rules and business processes to streamline and automate Identity and Access Management decisions across disparate applications, solutions, and stakeholders.
- Design system infrastructure and architecture for new or emerging technologies.
- Create and integrate Identity and Access Management solutions into application architectures.
