Requirements
  • You have a Bac +2 and wish to prepare a Bachelor 3 e-sport Business specialization in Digital Communication and Events through a work-study program.
  • You have strong organizational skills, autonomy, and proactivity.
  • You have commercial aptitude, are pedagogical and communicate well, and can pitch and persuade in writing and orally.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and can understand interlocutors' needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • You are curious, quick-thinking, creative, and pragmatic enough to imagine and improve the company's processes when necessary.
  • You adapt easily to change and find solutions when faced with unforeseen circumstances.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct competitive and sector analyses to identify future business-development opportunities.
  • Target prospects within companies, including human resources directors, training managers, quality-of-working-life managers, and office managers.
  • Manage cold-emailing and cold-calling campaigns.
  • Update, optimize, and monitor the customer relationship management system daily.
  • Participate in monitoring key performance indicators and objectives and key results, and in managing success.
  • Plan quality-of-working-life actions, including workshops and training, within client companies throughout France.
  • Manage schedules and book quality-of-working-life experts and trainers.
  • Create workshops and training courses on the digital platform, including technical setup and videoconferencing links.
  • Assist the chief executive officer with daily duties.
  • Analyze current clients' needs and develop appropriate action plans.
  • Co-manage client accounts and provide personalized follow-up, including reminders.
  • Participate in quarterly quality-of-working-life review meetings.
  • Conduct client follow-up meetings.
