About the job
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent technical, operational, military, or professional experience is also considered.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and networking concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Provide Help Desk support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and network-related issues.
- Configure and deploy computers, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Support user account administration, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows environments.
- Assist with network troubleshooting, cybersecurity, endpoint management, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and technical procedures.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes and technology deployment.
- Assist with automation initiatives using Power Automate, PowerShell, and other tools.
- Partner with manufacturing teams and vendors to support production technology and system improvements.
- Participate in IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience in manufacturing, automation, documentation, or process improvement.
