Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Utilize your software engineering and quality assurance background to guide technical discussions and decisions
  • Oversee and manage large, complex programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration, while supporting engineering and product teams with alpha/beta testing
  • Translate user feedback into strategic insights to enhance product development and user experience
  • Align Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders to enable work on cross-functional business-impacting initiatives
  • Track and communicate progress on all initiatives and milestones, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals
  • Maintain transparency across all teams through metrics reporting and insights generation
  • Participate in diverse technical discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful and scalable deployment
  • Manage critical decision-making, anticipate and mitigate potential risks, explore and implement contingency plans, and ensure cross-functional alignment throughout a program’s lifecycle
  • Facilitate communications across the company to ensure transparency of program progress and risks, maintain the plan-of-record, and provide timely updates to the executive team
  • Build and lead a team of talented program managers, overseeing technical programs, releases, and alpha/beta testing from early ambiguity through successful launch and closure
