  • Lead the rollout and adoption of Parallax resourcing software, ensuring seamless integration into operations and maximizing its functionality.
  • Train and support team members in using Parallax, establishing best practices and troubleshooting issues.
  • Partner with the Salesforce team to ensure project budgets, timelines, and success metrics are met.
  • Work closely with the Talent team to define hiring requirements based on resourcing needs, skill gaps, and future workforce planning.
  • Serve as a liaison between operational teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on priorities.
  • Generate and analyze resourcing and operational reports for senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor KPIs related to project utilization, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to cross-functional operational initiatives and strategies to support business growth and team development.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in resourcing and operational workflows.
