Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and market needs specific to Open Exchange.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with engineering, revenue, marketing, and services teams to develop and launch new products and features.
  • Engage with key publishers, advertisers, and partners to gather feedback and ensure TripleLift’s ad exchange products meet their needs and expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in TripleLift’s ad exchange offerings, focusing on enhancing performance, real-time bidding efficiency, and increasing operational effectiveness.
  • Represent TripleLift in industry bodies and working groups, contributing to the development of industry standards and best practices.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the programmatic ad exchange industry to inform product decisions and strategies.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the TripleLift Exchange and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure all ad exchange products comply with industry regulations and standards, maintaining high ethical and quality standards.
