Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience of 3+ years
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Experienced in Workday
  • Experience and understanding of Canadian human resources principles and practices, such as: wage and hour, and employment law.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Very strong skills on Microsoft Office Suite & GSuite including sophisticated Excel/ Sheets skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including dealing effectively with a diversity of individuals and cultures at all organizational levels
Responsibilities
  • Act as HR Information Systems (HRIS) super user, partners with corporate HRIS team on reporting and data management projects, systems processes, improvements, trainings, and documentation
  • Provide data requests as needed
  • Operate in the HRIS and manage all relevant documentation, updates, and personnel file creation ensuring the confidentiality, accuracy, security, and timely maintenance of people data.
  • Represent the T2 culture to all incoming, current, and exiting employees
  • Serve as the main POC for all administrative tasks across HR Ops initiatives including but not limited to: employee timecard entries, verifications, onboarding, benefits inquiries, etc.
  • Be an essential team member in the offboarding and termination process following established company procedures
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key partners to build a positive employee experience
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
