Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions is required.
  • Participation in on-call rotation schedules and travel to project sites, including overnight stays, is required.
  • The role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with conduit placement, cable placement, trenching, and job site restoration.
  • Hand-dig trenches and safely backfill them under supervision.
  • Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools.
  • Set up and break down traffic control and safety zones.
  • Clear brush, debris, and obstacles to prepare work sites.
  • Support linemen and operators with pole setting and conduit placement.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site while following all safety protocols.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior construction or telecommunications experience.
  • OSHA 10 certification.
  • Class A or B commercial driver's license.
