  • Experience throughout the design process from initial concepts to pixel-perfect mockups and specifications
  • Experience in working with engineering during execution of projects and launching projects to users

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand customer needs and come up with creative solutions
  • Perform market and user research to understand customer and market pain points
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes and present them to team members
  • Collaborate with other designers to refine design work
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to refine requirements
  • Use metrics and qualitative data to help define success criteria and inform design decisions
  • Document detailed interaction and UI specifications for engineering to build
  • Testing products to ensure they are as specified, intuitive and useful for target users
  • Other responsibilities as deemed vital by the business
