  • Provide strategic direction for international patent litigation in alignment with evolving business and legal risks.
  • Mentor and support the development of internal attorneys.
  • Direct cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and legal teams to address standards, open source, enforcement, litigation, licensing, regulatory, and acquisition due diligence.
  • Work with external stakeholders and industry groups to advocate for balanced patent law and policy.
  • Serve as the senior leader for engagement with outside counsel and manage international patent litigation efforts.
  • Advance inclusion and diversity initiatives across Apple and the legal profession.
