- Experience with Microsoft Modern Work tech stack, especially Copilot and Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Agents, etc
- Enhance the AI Workforce strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals, driving impact, business development, sales, and competitive advantage. Collaborate with Valorem Reply’s leadership to create scalable frameworks for rapid prototyping, the agentic workforce, pilot scaling, and AI adoption for our customers
- Guide AI strategy to support ongoing projects, driving innovation across customers, partners, and go-to-market efforts
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and understand their business, to enable the art of the possible, and define future AI roadmap opportunities, enabling Reply to be their partner of choice
- Translate business needs into AI solutions for our customers, providing expertise for end-to-end project guidance. Collaborate with consultants and practice leads to align solutions with customer needs and ensure successful technical outcomes
- Strengthen the Microsoft relationship by identifying Gen AI/Copilot opportunities, aligning them with market trends and customer insights. Stay current on industry best practices to optimize collaboration and deal execution
- Support a cross-functional team to implement AI initiatives end-to-end, tracking success metrics, and ROI. Lead competitive analysis and AI differentiation strategies
- MBA or advanced degree in business or a technology-related discipline
- Adoption Change Management, AI Adoption, or PROSCI certification
- Expertise in enterprise cloud adoption and IT modernization
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, balancing priorities, and fostering collaboration
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution when needed

Reply has announced a partnership with Mistral AI to develop sovereign and enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions. The collaboration focuses on accelerating adoption of local, customisable and secure generative AI on European infrastructure for organisations with strict regulatory and data protection requirements. The partnership combines Mistral AI's high-performance models with Reply's expertise in customising large language models using proprietary data. Reply will become a Mistral Forge global launch partner, enabling its teams to design and train models on specialised datasets. The companies are collaborating with the Austrian Academy of Sciences on a customised model for ancient, medieval and modern Greek texts to support researchers.
