Requirements
  • Demonstrated functional knowledge and experience in concepts of Supply Chain, S&OP, and Inventory Planning
  • Strong analytical skills to develop the Demand Planning process
  • Ability to lead a team of Demand Planners
  • Ability to multi-task and time manage independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in consumer goods industry preferred
  • Experience of using BI system desirable
  • Experience of using demand and supply planning software desirable
Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team with clear communication routes
  • Support data to Business insight conversion process
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop processes to support growth ambitions
  • Monitor attainment vs Forecast and react
  • Identify excess inventory risks and develop mitigations
  • Provide Opportunities & Risks list for SKU's
  • Provide Country Operating forecast
  • Support S&OP process for aligned view of demand and supply
  • Define and deliver key metrics for end-to-end supply chain
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders for data gathering
  • Manage reporting and execute necessary actions
