- Design intricate manufacturing layouts that prioritize safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness, utilizing precision technical plans and software proficiency while optimizing for resource utilization, ensuring they conform to technical constraints
- Develop and manage comprehensive production process documentation, including work instructions, flow charts, and Quality Control Plans, with meticulous attention to detail
- Conduct rigorous process optimization and stability analysis, applying statistical methods such as process capability studies (Cp, Cpk) and Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Devise and sustain efficient manufacturing routes, maximizing utilization of space and resources
- Lead multifunctional teams in problem-solving projects, applying advanced Lean and statistical analysis tools to drive improvements
- Evaluate and select machinery, equipment, tools, and materials to meet stringent technical requirements that support long term sustainability
- Perform detailed time studies to establish precise production standards, staffing requirements, and cost analyses, updating routing in SAP for accurate data management
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure product specifications align with technical standards
