- Strong software engineering experience in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j, Memgraph, Neptune, RDF/SPARQL, or similar, or a strong desire to become an expert.
- Familiarity with large language models, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, or artificial intelligence agent systems.
- Ability to design scalable data models and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward building simple, elegant solutions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-moving startup with significant ownership and autonomy.
- Architect the semantic foundation that connects engineering drawings, specifications, manufacturing processes, and project data into a unified intelligence layer.
- Design graph schemas.
- Build high-performance ingestion and retrieval pipelines.
- Develop artificial-intelligence-powered reasoning systems.
- Work closely with artificial intelligence and product teams to enable autonomous workflows.
- Shape how industrial knowledge is represented, queried, and understood at scale.
