Requirements
- Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Candidates must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and the ability to compare and contrast many potential situations.
- Preferred experience includes previous scheduling or logistics experience, preferably within the medical transportation field.
Responsibilities
- Determine the best possible routes for member pickup and drop-off.
- Communicate with members, families, and care teams.
- Maintain up-to-date member subscription and contact information.
- Train new and existing Transportation Coordinators and drivers.
- Create new routes and schedules based on member enrollment.
- Work with care teams, including doctors, social workers, nurses, coordinators, and caregivers, to create the best possible environment for members.

- Previous experience in scheduling or logistics, preferably within the medical transportation field.
