Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and refinement of sales compensation plans that drive sales performance and align with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of sales performance metrics to influence compensation plan strategy.
  • Develop financial models to forecast and assess the impact of various compensation strategies on sales performance and company financials.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and conduct competitive analyses to ensure our compensation offerings remain attractive and competitive in the marketplace.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Leadership, HR, and Finance to ensure compensation strategies are aligned and effectively communicated.
  • Design robust reporting frameworks to track the success of compensation plans.
  • Ensure compensation plans comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
