Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital product management
  • At least 3 years of experience working on Mobile Apps
  • At least 2 years of people management experience
  • 7+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred)
  • At least 6 years of experience working on Mobile Apps (preferred)
  • At least 5 years of people management experience (preferred)
  • Travel industry experience a plus (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Create a vision & roadmap for your product that addresses customer & business needs
  • Lead, empower, and guide multiple talented product managers aimed at refining & delivering on that vision
  • Partner with designers to dig deep into customer needs and ensure key customer pain points are addressed and our products are easy to use
  • Partner with multiple engineering teams to bring your product to life
  • Work with analysts to continuously refine the roadmap and harvest insights from experiments & product launches
  • Work with stakeholders across Capital One to define, socialize, and monitor key performance indicators to understand the evolution and success of the product
