- Completed vocational training in health and nursing care or geriatric nursing.
- Strong understanding of nursing and high professional competence.
- Enjoyment of working with geriatric patients.
- A Class B driving license.
- Compliance with applicable proof obligations under the German Infection Protection Act as a condition of employment.
- Conduct rehabilitative home visits using an employer-provided car.
- Organize therapy content based on each patient's individual rehabilitation goals.
- Independently and responsibly implement planned therapy content during 45-minute home visits.
- Participate in weekly interdisciplinary team meetings and provide professional input.
- Prepare therapy, participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, and complete documentation at the City site as planned.
- Deliver holistic, multiprofessional treatment to maximize patient participation in their familiar social environment.
- Completed Zercur basic course or specialist further training in geriatrics.
- Collegial and cooperative interaction within the nursing team and with other professional groups.
