Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience performing analytics in a marketing sciences capacity at a media agency, market research or consulting company, or in-house at a brand.
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL is preferred.
  • Knowledge of web measurement technologies, including ad serving platforms and website analytics software.
  • Quantitative education or experience in Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics, or Quantitative Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience in a cross-functional team environment; agency experience is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary marketing analytics, advertising technology, and research techniques, with an innovative vision for evolving the practice with the marketing environment.
  • Strong client management and consultative experience, including presenting and resolving issues.
  • Extensive experience leading and managing marketing technology projects from ideation through implementation.
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to mine data for relevant and actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate or translate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding and experience with digital media buying, key performance indicator development, and technology practices during campaign planning and execution.
  • Demonstrated experience with programmatic audience buying concepts and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners and facilitate alignment between planning and activation functions managing day-to-day client business.
  • Build and develop relationships with client business directors and brand teams, ensuring the client data proposition is relevant and aligned with strategic direction.
  • Identify organic growth opportunities and partner with Client and Analytics leadership to convert them.
  • Encourage data-driven decision-making in media and marketing investment planning and activation.
  • Scope and direct advanced analytics projects, ensuring deliverables answer valuable client and media-team questions and that timelines and scope are met.
  • Consult with senior client marketing and business leaders to define and answer important business questions.
  • Advise on how to leverage media and marketing investments to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with the network to provide thought leadership and create meaningful, measurable marketing experiences for clients.
  • Establish measurement frameworks and critical metrics for evaluating experiences, plans, campaigns, and investments across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Monitor the evolving media landscape, including research and emerging trends, and provide insights to media teams and clients as required.
  • Guide planning and client teams in making data-driven marketing investment decisions involving amount, placement, timing, and channel selection.
  • Create and manage deliverables against detailed project plans with shared expectations and actionable outcomes.
  • Provide a high-value consultation layer on analytics deliverables.
  • Consult with client media teams on strategy, implementation, and measurement plans for key accounts.
  • Determine how to communicate analytical insights so clients understand the results and apply the analyses.
  • Build presentations that explain the importance of analytics work, the truths revealed, and the actions that should follow.
  • Build the Analytics profile within the agency by packaging and evangelizing high-quality client work.

Publicis Groupe has agreed to acquire LiveRamp, a global data collaboration platform, for $2.2 billion in an all-cash transaction at $38.50 per share, representing a 29.8% premium to LiveRamp's closing price on 15 May 2026. LiveRamp connects over 25,000 publisher domains and 500+ technology partners across 14 markets, enabling brands, retailers and media platforms to unify and activate data securely. The company has 1,300 employees and delivered a trailing five-year compound annual growth rate of 13%. The acquisition will position Publicis as a leader in data co-creation, enabling clients to build more intelligent AI agents by combining multiple data sources securely. Publicis has raised its 2027-2028 growth objectives to 7-8% for net revenue and 8-10% for headline earnings per share. The transaction is expected to close before year-end 2026, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.

Fabric Social sold to Publicis Groupe UK with revenues exceeding $17M

Mayo-born entrepreneur Niall McGarry has sold Fabric Social to Publicis Groupe UK, a division of the world's largest communications group. The company reported revenues of £13 million (€14.9 million) in the 12 months to March 2026 and employed 110 people at the time of sale. Fabric Social was profitable and served blue-chip clients in Britain including Sky, Subway EMEA, Currys, Morrisons, Just Eat, Autotrader, Holland & Barrett and Vodafone. The company also operated a smaller Irish business as a retained social agency. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Publicis acquires 160over90, declares sports marketing its 'next big bet

Publicis Groupe has acquired sports marketing agency 160over90 from WME Group for an undisclosed sum, positioning sports as its "next big bet" for growth. The deal is pending regulatory approval. Founded in 2001, 160over90 employs over 670 people across the US, UK, EMEA and APAC, working with global brands on major sporting events including the Super Bowl, Olympics and World Cup. The agency will join Publicis Sports, led by CEO Suzy Deering. Publicis is forming a partnership with WME to enable collaborations between its agencies and WME's talent roster. The acquisition follows Publicis' purchases of sports agencies Adopt and Bespoke in 2025 and creator marketing agency Influential in 2024. Publicis reported $17.18 billion in net revenue in 2025, up 5.6% year-on-year.
