About the job
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
- Must pass all required background checks.
- Must be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Must remain compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Must be able to frequently move up to 30 pounds of equipment, materials, or product, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Must be able to remain stationary or move for extended periods.
- Provide each patient or customer with high-quality customer service.
- Ensure all forms and other paperwork are completed properly.
- Comply with state regulations and company standard practices and procedures.
- Educate patients and customers about the varieties of cannabis and cannabis-infused products in the store.
- Accurately process and dispense cannabis to customers and patients.
- Stock and restock products.
- Count available product inventory at designated times.
- Maintain the cleanliness of display cases and the store.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments efficiently and accurately.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Retail experience is preferred.
- Cannabis knowledge is preferred.
