About the job

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer support, contact-center, or customer-facing operations role, ideally in a high-volume environment with published service-level agreement and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Experience working behind the desk of a wellness business such as yoga, Pilates, or bootcamp, using industry software such as MBO, Arketa, or an equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly, warmly, and concisely in chat and email.
  • Ability to balance inbound chats, scheduled calls, and email inquiries while managing and prioritizing multiple high-priority resolutions effectively.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and solve problems quickly while keeping the Partner experience in mind.
  • Ability to identify process-improvement opportunities that contribute to a strong Partner experience.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly if needed.
Responsibilities
  • Own each Partner interaction from start to finish across chat, email, and scheduled Zoom calls, building trust and rapport.
  • Work scheduled hours and remain available and engaged with the support queue during those hours.
  • Own problem resolution by investigating issues, confirming fixes, and closing the loop with Partners.
  • Problem-solve across the Arketa product and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Migrations to resolve issues without an established playbook.
  • Solve operational problems, customize solutions to each Partner's business, and use product expertise and follow-through to build Partner loyalty.
  • Continuously learn new features, use AI-assisted internal tools for research and drafting, and maintain the accuracy and Arketa voice of responses.
  • Bring Partner insights and industry feedback to Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience leadership to improve features and prevent repeat contacts.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Intercom, Slack, Notion, and Google Suite.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted tools to accelerate work.
  • Four-year post-secondary education or a Bachelor's degree.
