Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations by managing work order triage, overseeing the company phone line, and driving administrative process improvements.

What you’ll do:

Triage incoming work orders, ensuring they are assigned and responded to in a timely manner.
Manage the company phone line, including answering calls, routing calls to appropriate departments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Perform a wide range of administrative tasks to support daily business operations.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational processes.
Collaborate with various departments to resolve operational issues.
Provide administrative support for special projects as needed.

Who you are:

Proven experience in an administrative or operations role.
You have strong organizational and time management skills.
Your communication skills are strong both verbally and written.
Proficiency with office management systems and software (e.g., MS Office, Atlassian products, Coupa, etc.).
You’re an independent worker who can work with ambiguity and drive to outcomes with minimal oversight.
You have a strong attention to detail and an attitude of 100% compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.

Work Environment: This role is office-based with standard working hours.

US Salary Range

$59,500—$89,250 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril’s total compensation package.
