Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Inacre pushed Go RH past 1,500 annual Quebec placements in September 2026, expanding the recruiting team's mandate.
  • Go RH lists remote-work options and flexible hours among its employee perks, giving staff location and schedule flexibility.
  • Go RH's careers page lists group insurance, a flexible health account, and employer contributions to collective retirement savings.

What critics are saying

  • Go RH's September 2026 plan targeted CAD 30M revenue and further acquisitions within five years, creating integration pressure for staff.
  • Go RH's on-demand recruiter service targets client hiring peaks, tying delivery work to fluctuating customer mandates.
  • Go RH separates permanent HR-strategist openings from a self-employed application route; applicants should confirm each role's employment status.

What makes Go RH unique

  • Go RH combines hourly and success-fee recruitment; Les Affaires says few Quebec firms offer both, while Randstad publishes scope-based pricing.
  • Go RH runs UGO, its own university for personalized employee training and skills development.
  • Go RH uses technology to measure HR-intervention impact over time; Randstad's page describes post-placement follow-up.
