Requirements
  • Hands-on experience as a CyberArk Engineer (L1/L2/L3), including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support for CyberArk PAM platforms in enterprise or multi-client environments.
  • Experience managing Active Directory, including user and group management, Group Policy Objects, and integration with security applications.
  • Experience handling technical tickets using ITSM tools.
  • Knowledge of CyberArk PAM, including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, and Privilege Cloud; Active Directory/LDAP; single sign-on; Windows and Linux server administration; networking including TCP/IP, VLANs, and firewalls; Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet platforms; and ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, technical communication with clients including global clients, attention to detail in documentation, ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, and commitment to information confidentiality.
Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and administer CyberArk components including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, and Privilege Cloud; manage Safes and Policies and onboard privileged Windows, Linux, database, and service accounts.
  • Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory/LDAP, single sign-on, and network platforms including Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet; manage credential rotation and session recording; and develop CPM/PSM WebApp plugins.
  • Handle L2 technical-support tickets from clients related to infrastructure issues, third-party integrations, and CyberArk platform performance; coordinate with vendors and R&D teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Support onboarding CyberArk Vault audit logs and PSM session logs into SIEM platforms such as Google SecOps (Chronicle) and/or Elastic Security.
  • Ensure the health and availability of the CyberArk platform; use ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira for ticket management, configuration changes, and incident documentation.
  • Prepare runbooks, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation for CyberArk implementations; provide training and knowledge transfer to users and client internal IT teams.
  • Perform other cybersecurity engineering activities as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise network platforms such as Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.
  • Experience with any SIEM platform, Google SecOps, or Elastic is an advantage; training will be provided.
  • CyberArk Defender - PAM certification; CyberArk Sentry - PAM is the target certification.
  • Google SecOps training is provided on the job.
  • Exposure to Google SecOps (Chronicle), Elastic Security/Elastic Stack, basic scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell, and cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, or Azure; on-the-job training will be provided in these areas.
