Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef Concierge, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Fluency in French and English; a third language is an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of Paris and its cultural, entertainment, and leisure landscape.
  • A well-established network enabling personalized recommendations, priority access, ticketing services, and bespoke guest reservations.
Responsibilities
  • Direct the entire activities and operations of the Concierge Desk.
  • Provide information regarding city and Peninsula Hotel attractions and points of interest.
  • Review the Guest Feedback Logbook and follow up appropriately in a timely manner.
  • Oversee payroll expenses and overtime in accordance with budgetary guidelines and required service levels.
  • Prepare monthly reports, budgets, and forecasts when necessary.
  • Provide proper training and exposure within the Concierge department.
Desired Qualifications
  • A third language is an asset.
