- Experience managing overall projects, including business requirements and information technology and operations implementation, with a proven track record and knowledge of current industry-standard practices.
- Ability to analyze data in detail and derive hypotheses logically.
- Ability to discuss with clients at an equivalent level and build strong client relationships.
- Integrity, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn professionally from different situations.
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Visualize business operations, identify pain points, and define optimal operations based on data.
- Objectively and logically propose issue resolutions, solutions, and monitoring approaches.
- Initiate and facilitate meetings between clients and vendors to accelerate decision-making and issue resolution.
- Take proactive responsibility for ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
- Collaborate and maintain communication with other parties and business partners.
- Foster good communication and a positive atmosphere among project teams.
- Standardize project deliverables according to the ABeam project management methodology.
- Continue learning and developing new skills, and encourage team members' skill development.
- Participate in presales activities as needed to contribute to new business acquisition.
