Requirements
  • Minimum of 4-6 years' experience using Marketing Automation platform(s) required
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS; coding and QA experience with dynamic content blocks pulling in large data sets preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years working with APIs and integrating solutions is preferred
  • Skilled in use of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
  • Analytical and reporting experience to provide recommendations needed to make smart, fast campaign decisions
  • Working knowledge of email marketing creative and development best practices and CAN-SPAM laws
Responsibilities
  • Be primarily responsible for email campaign setup, audit and launch
  • Build and constantly iterate campaigns for better engagement: content, coding, personalization, and automation
  • Report on campaign performance
  • Effectively collaborate with stakeholders like - Product, Design, Data and engineering to build best in class lifecycle campaigns
  • Communicate effectively with the stakeholders, ask questions and raise concerns to remove roadblocks when necessary
  • Recommend strategies to improve retention campaigns
  • Support efforts to build weekly newsletters through coordination and implementation
  • Conduct A/B tests and communicate results with the stakeholders
  • Manage subscriber hygiene initiatives, work on optimization of inbox placement rates and continuous monitoring of spam/blacklisting/IP health. Interface with vendors when needed
