About the job
- You must be a certified chartered accountant or memorialist and have at least 3 years of confirmed experience in an accounting firm, including file-supervision assignments.
- You must have solid experience in an accounting firm.
- You must plan to progress toward the Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable.
- You must be comfortable working in a fully digital and learning-oriented environment.
- You must be comfortable preparing and analyzing management dashboards.
- You must have strong analytical ability to prepare for client meetings.
- You must have good interpersonal skills.
- Control clients’ financial statements before signature and validate annual accounts.
- Present the financial review and make recommendations on regulated services to improve companies’ performance in management, accounting, finance, and taxation.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through regular contact and familiarize clients with digital developments in the firm’s services and tools.
- Monitor clients’ management dashboards to guide their strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve client companies’ performance in management, accounting, finance, and taxation, and use Rydge Conseil’s network resources to provide concrete solutions.
- Contribute to the commercial development of the business, including serving as a prospect contact and defining commercial and technical proposals.
