  • A valid Massachusetts driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Experience working with youth ages 12 to 18 in a residential or group-care setting.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise, coach, and support a team of Youth Advocates through regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and professional development.
  • Oversee case management practices, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and adherence to organizational policies.
  • Provide crisis support and guidance to staff when complex youth situations arise.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload of youth clients, modeling best practices in engagement and advocacy.
  • Uphold trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and youth-centered approaches in all aspects of the program.
Desired Qualifications
  • Education or a degree in Psychology, Social Work, Child Development, or Teaching.
