About the job

Requirements
  • Have 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Operations at a B2B software-as-a-service company.
  • Have hands-on Salesforce experience building within the platform, including Flow, custom objects, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Be familiar with the go-to-market technology stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, Chili Piper, and Sales Navigator.
  • Have a track record of building processes and systems from scratch in a fast-growth environment.
  • Maintain data quality and attention to detail.
  • Work autonomously and make decisions with limited oversight.
  • Be proficient in Google Sheets or Excel and able to manage multiple workstreams, keep projects moving, and translate messy data into clear insights.
Responsibilities
  • Build the operational layer for the revenue motion, from Salesforce architecture to the automation and artificial intelligence layers on top of it.
  • Design and build Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards that support go-to-market teams across the company.
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce builder for Sales, Tech Partnerships, Customer Experience, Finance, and other teams, translating process needs into technical solutions.
  • Partner with go-to-market leaders and frontline teams to understand current revenue workflows and redesign and automate them using better systems design and artificial intelligence tools such as Ergo, Cedar, Sumble, Gumloop, Clay, and Claude.
  • Build agents that run parts of the revenue motion, not just automate individual steps.
  • Build systems for commission and incentive calculations so payouts are accurate and questions can be resolved without manual investigation.
  • Build the validation, governance, and structure needed for reliable data quality across the go-to-market stack.
  • Connect Salesforce to adjacent systems through APIs, webhooks, and automation layers; own go-to-market tooling and integrate new systems as the stack evolves.
  • Build reporting and forecasting infrastructure that enables go-to-market leaders to plan using clean, trustworthy pipeline and revenue data.
  • Document and enable the systems built so the organization can trust and extend them without routing all work through this role.
  • Design systems for scale as the organization grows from 30 sellers to more than 100.
Desired Qualifications
  • Have hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and cross-system workflow design.
  • Have experience building in Clay or using artificial intelligence automation tools such as Ergo, Cedar, Sumble, Gumloop, and Claude.
  • Be able to build and problem-solve with Python, JavaScript, SQL, SOQL, or TypeScript.
  • Have experience with business intelligence tools and SQL.
  • Have experience building and maintaining pipeline and forecast reporting for go-to-market leaders.
  • Hold a Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification.
