- Be a Nurse Practitioner currently licensed to practice medicine in the state of hire.
- Provide references and pass a cleared background check.
- Hold an Indiana license.
- Be certified in Basic Life Support and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- Lead a team of medical staff while providing treatment to patients with a variety of medical conditions.
- Support the healthcare journey of corrections-involved individuals from initial interaction with law enforcement through successful transition to the community.
- Travel to various correctional facilities in the North Central part of Indiana.
- Work full-time Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week, with weekend work every 4–6 weeks.
- Correctional experience is preferred but not required.
- Family practice, urgent care, or emergency room medicine background.
