Filevine partners with Codes Health to accelerate AI-powered medical record retrieval for law firms

Filevine, a legal case management platform, has partnered with Codes Health to integrate AI-native medical record retrieval directly into its system. The collaboration addresses a longstanding bottleneck in personal injury and mass tort cases, where record requests traditionally take months to complete. Codes Health, founded by MIT and Yale graduates in 2024, uses artificial intelligence to verify requests and ensure completeness, delivering records in days rather than months. The service includes a proprietary facility database and dedicated follow-up operations. The integration allows Filevine users to manage medical record retrieval without leaving the platform. Codes Health is backed by Amplify Partners, Haystack, and Y Combinator, and serves hundreds of law firms across personal injury, mass torts, and medical malpractice cases.
