Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is minimally required.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required and must be maintained.
- The candidate must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- The candidate must be physically able to stoop, bend, twist, reach, and stand for long periods, with or without accommodation.
- The candidate must wear an approved uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
Responsibilities
- Perform full interior and exterior vehicle detailing based on work orders.
- Clean and recondition vehicle surfaces, including ceilings, carpets, seats, dashboards, windows, wheels, and trim.
- Wash, wax, buff, vacuum, polish, and dry vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles and document existing damage or needed enhancements.
- Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in clean and organized condition.
- Safely transport vehicles to and from dealership or customer locations.
- Report supply shortages, equipment issues, and customer concerns to management.
- Communicate with the team and management to support efficient workflow and service.
- Provide customer-focused service and complete vehicle detailing with speed and quality.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior automotive detailing experience is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and consistent attendance are preferred.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is preferred.
- A customer-focused mindset, sense of urgency, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills are preferred.
