About the Job

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally related to the automotive industry.
  • Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position.
  • Very good technical understanding and practical manual skills.
  • A responsible and structured working style, with enthusiasm for instructing and motivating a team.
  • Affinity for automotive-technical topics and pronounced technical understanding, including workshop processes, warehouse organization, and tool knowledge.
  • Very good German language skills; English is a plus.
  • Familiarity with common computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Google applications, and with tablets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the spare-parts warehouse and cost-calculation team of approximately 15–20 people and ensure the department achieves its targets.
  • Actively participate in selecting new employees and continuously developing the team.
  • Provide technical guidance for the work performed and participate in introducing new evaluation methods.
  • Independently conduct shift planning and capacity planning for the team.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement them independently in warehouse organization and workplace design.
  • Conduct internal quality checks and support occupational health and workplace safety.
  • Report directly to the site manager.
