  • A doctorate and relevant experience in air transportation systems, advanced air mobility, UAS traffic management, or related areas.
Responsibilities
  • Teach courses at both the doctoral and master's levels.
  • Chair Ph.D. dissertation and/or master's thesis committees.
  • Teach 2 to 3 courses per semester.
  • Publish scholarly work.
  • Actively pursue and obtain externally funded research.
  • Present work at professional conferences.
  • Fulfill service responsibilities to the university and the profession.
  • Provide instruction in both traditional classroom formats and online formats as appropriate.

  • Teaching and research experience in air transportation systems, advanced air mobility, UAS traffic management, and machine learning or artificial intelligence in aviation.
