Requirements
  • A college or university degree in a related field is required.
  • Knowledge and skills developed through less than two years of work experience in a related job discipline are required.
Responsibilities
  • Exhibit a high level of accuracy and comfort with using constituent relationship management systems and understanding the basics of database functionality.
  • Act as a primary contact for system functionality and support to internal University functional users and external system applicants, including basic troubleshooting, statistical analysis, reporting, maintenance, research, and upkeep using existing system functionality.
  • Manage system data, including duplicate record mitigation, building and exporting queries for mailing lists and reporting statistics, system integrity maintenance, creating system reports, maintaining system records, and implementing new functionality.
  • Create and maintain events and forms using delivered system functionality.
  • Create and maintain mass email messages and campaigns using delivered system functionality and HTML, CSS, and Liquid Markup coding as necessary.
  • Participate in system functionality implementation discussions, testing, documentation, and quality assurance.
  • Direct end-user training in system functionality.
  • Occasionally help troubleshoot other technology, including PC and Mac computers, monitors, printers, scanners, installed software, smartphones, and networking issues.
  • Analyze user requirements and solve routine database problems, with moderate to high direction from others, to ensure users and related applications can access necessary data sets.
  • Interpret existing data and populate the database with new data from external sources.
  • Maintain documentation on data models, data dictionaries, physical database configuration, and daily database maintenance functions.
  • Perform other related work as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Understanding of CRM systems, data, databases, and good data practice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS code.
  • Proficiency in the Technolutions Slate Admissions System is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Comfort creating and updating technical documentation.
