Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing
  • minimum 5-6 years in eCommerce and Direct-to-Consumer Marketing
  • Proven track record as a Head of Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer or similar role in high-growth consumer brands
  • Strong leadership experience in leading, managing, scaling and structuring larger teams
  • Deep interest in health, performance, and supplements
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Highly numbers-driven with a strong grasp of marketing KPIs and funnel mechanics
  • Interested in artificial intelligence, with a hands-on mindset and drive to innovate
  • Fluent in English
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team of approximately 30 people across multiple channels and markets
  • Own and optimize the entire marketing funnel – from acquisition to retention – with a laser focus on performance and numbers
  • Drive strategic planning and Objectives and Key Results, and ensure transparent reporting (including to the Board)
  • Monitor daily revenues, channel performance, overstock metrics and align with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
  • Spar with teams on new marketing strategies, branding, and product campaigns, with a strong eye on DACH and France
  • Lead the implementation of AI-driven tools and growth hacking tactics to stay ahead of the game
  • Be a key player in recruitment, team growth, and middle management development
Desired Qualifications
  • German language skills are a plus
  • Experience with implementing AI-driven marketing tools is desirable
  • Experience in growth hacking and advanced analytics as part of a marketing strategy is desirable
