  • More than 5 years of experience in closing enterprise level sales (new to business) offering managed SD WAN/Network, Cybersecurity, and Hosted UCaaS to medium to large Enterprise customers
  • Experience in working with and building a deep relationship with Channel partners (both direct and indirect)
  • Experience in presenting managed service solutions to C Level and Strategic IT decision makers
  • Experience in selling solutions, managed services, and building customised solutions
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new logo business using territory and account plans
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate through the deal flow process to close opportunities
Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services
  • Aim to meet sales goals while exceeding departmental financial and unit targets
  • Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace
  • Promote and position Comcast in the sales territory, including cultivation of local partnerships and generating new leads through various prospecting activities
  • Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo and ensuring a superior customer experience
  • Maintain and build customer relationships to drive customer retention
  • Work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels that meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Network Design, WAN technologies & designs including SD WAN, SASE, SSe, Ethernet, Internet Technologies, Functionality & Services, Voice Network Technologies, Data Networking Technologies, Networking Protocols, Customer Premise Equipment, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts and E-rate Contracting Processes and Procedures
  • Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports
  • Attend out-of-office meetings with customers on a regular basis and demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills
