  • In-depth understanding of the banking financial industry

Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of the Escalations Policy, Sales Practices Process, and Issues Management Policy and Process
  • Knowledge and understanding of bank regulations – Reg Z, Reg B, etc
  • Regular engagement with both Legal and ICRM are necessary for Escalations, Sales Practices, and Issues Management
  • Obtain Business/Legal/Compliance approvals
  • Follow up with the business and second line of defense to document various Escalation Impact Assessments
  • Provide explanation of risk and mitigating controls for the various processes
  • Control Execution in accordance with the Manager Control Assessment management routines of assigned processes including procedure manual(s) and records management
