Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Coach must have eight years of related, professional work experience.
Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients, clarify their specific objectives, help clients embrace their growth potential and develop strategies to achieve goals.
  • Provide eight one-on-one coaching sessions, each 60 minutes, delivered remotely via phone or web conference, to assist HRSA employees with professional growth in areas of improved skills and performance.
  • Support employees in becoming more effective high performing employees.
  • Assist employees in reinforcing competencies, enhancing performance, and ensuring they can contribute to the organization's mission and vision.
  • Facilitate organizational changes, including aiding recently promoted executives or managers to adapt to their roles and supporting leadership and management with effecting change.
  • Maintain adequate levels of coaching supplies and materials to design, deliver, and maintain core career development training curriculum and conduct periodic needs assessments.
  • Design, review, and analyze materials and forms for career coaching and related activities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Valid ICF Credential Coach certification is a plus but not mandatory.
