Requirements
  • Experience in award and activity management, including lifecycle coordination.
  • Strong technical writing and analytical skills for developing scopes, budgets, and results frameworks.
  • Familiarity with U.S. government or international donor award compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain oversight of complex portfolios.
  • Attention to detail in documentation and process management.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Public Health, International Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in award management, program design, and activity management, including experience with U.S. government or international donor-funded programs.
  • Must possess a Secret-level security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical input into the design and guidance of new initiatives and awards.
  • Translate program priorities into scopes of work, budgets, and results frameworks.
  • Coordinate the award lifecycle, including clearances, start-up, modifications, and milestone tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with award requirements and timely delivery of activities.
  • Support strong closeout and transition documentation for completed awards.
  • Maintain visibility into portfolio timelines, dependencies, and key deliverables.
  • Prepare reports, updates, and recommendations for the award management team.
