Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

  • At least 6 years of experience with knowledge graph technologies including RDF, SPARQL, LPG, and SHACL is required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the complete knowledge engineering scope on strategic and complex programs, including thought leadership, innovation, and asset creation for the discipline.
  • Own how demanding programs formulate real-world problems into scalable artificial intelligence and knowledge graph solutions, setting strategy and architecture end to end.
  • Lead and develop teams of engineers, building capability across the discipline and guiding adoption of new methods and algorithms.
  • Define standards for ontologies and determine how they are designed, evaluated, and maintained across programs.
  • Shape methodologies and data architectures that demonstrate value at scale and make the business case to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with business and technical leaders to direct end-to-end delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Lead the complete knowledge graph solution scope that transforms data architecture for strategic and complex clients.
  • Own the design, development, and implementation of artificial intelligence and semantic solutions across the program.
  • Partner with project leaders, delivery leads, and senior client stakeholders to create graph-powered offerings.
  • Develop trusted-advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Make and defend the business case for semantic-layer solutions at the executive level.
  • Lead Accenture sales and pre-sales efforts and shape data transformation programs.
  • Drive the practice's thought leadership, innovation, and asset development on trends and agentic technologies.
  • Design and organize knowledge frameworks that enable artificial intelligence systems to reason and make informed decisions.
  • Capture expert and unstructured knowledge and transform it into structured ontologies, knowledge graphs, and semantic models.
  • Ensure knowledge models maintain accuracy and contextual relevance for automation and actionable insights.
  • Apply advanced analytics and reasoning methods to knowledge graphs to support problem-solving and actionable intelligence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align knowledge frameworks with organizational goals and evolving technological landscapes.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Accenture is shifting its growth strategy, de-emphasising LearnVantage, a learning and training business it built and promoted heavily in 2024. The company is acquiring a majority stake in an operational technology security specialist, alongside two smaller firms, combining them into a platform for critical infrastructure. These assets generate $208 million in annual recurring revenue, growing at 48%. Accenture's acquisition budget for fiscal 2026 is approximately $9 billion against $73.1 billion in trailing twelve-month revenue. Accenture acquires Dutch SAP partner McCoy to boost mid-market AI and ERP capabilities

Accenture has agreed to acquire McCoy, a Dutch SAP transformation partner specialising in mid-market companies. Upon closing, McCoy will join Accenture Edge, the firm's mid-market business serving companies with annual revenues between $300 million and $3 billion. Founded in 2012, McCoy operates from the Netherlands with offices in Spain and the Philippines. The company employs over 380 professionals who design, implement and manage SAP solutions across ERP, data and business applications. McCoy holds SAP Gold Partner status and serves clients in high-tech, manufacturing, public sector, utilities and retail. The acquisition will strengthen Accenture Edge's position in the EMEA mid-market whilst expanding SAP modernisation capabilities in the Netherlands. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
