Responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery on various ways to reward members for their play, including promotions and non-monetary rewards
  • You'll be instrumental in both optimizing existing reward experiences and creating innovative new monetary and non-monetary rewards that delight our users
  • Develop comprehensive user journeys and funnels, working closely with User Experience Research (UXR), Customer Insights, and Marketing Analytics to pinpoint key areas for improvement
  • Lead cross-functional design sprints to explore new concepts and collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Engineering to develop and implement fast, impactful product experiments.
