About the job
- At least 3 years of technician experience.
- An MVI license is required.
- Proven experience in automotive maintenance and repair is required.
- Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems, including performing flushes and oil changes.
- Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
- Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
- Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings so necessary repairs can be made.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay current with changing technology.
- Large import experience is highly desired.
